Who We Are

Diversified Global Solutions (DGS) was started over a decade ago by a group of EDI experts who understood that many companies don’t have the time or resources to invest in purchasing and learning how to use expensive in-house EDI software. Additionally, when outsourcing their EDI processing, these same companies don’t want to have their staff spend extensive amounts of time figuring out how to use a complicated web portal and running the risk of major chargebacks if not used properly.

To DGS, outsourcing means that the third party company you hire does the work for you. We have many experienced account managers that process your EDI for you and care about your business. They are in contact with you throughout the entire process and they are familiar with most retailers’ rules and regulations. This was the foundation on which DGS was build and we still stick to these principles.
